Rolling Loud Music Festival has recently announced the best rap lineup we’ve seen this year. From the headliners all the way down to the artists at the bottom of the lineup, this roster is stacked with some of the hottest contemporary names. From iconics like Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, and Flatbush Zombies to the up-and-coming artists like Lil Yachty, Kodak Black, and Azizi Gibson, this festival plans to cover every facet of hip-hop. The festival, hosted by Dope Entertainment, will take place rain or shine in Miami, Florida on May 5th.
Rolling Loud is gearing up for an exciting third year. They first made their name in the hip-hop community by inviting artists like Schoolboy Q, A$AP Ferg, and Travis Scott to perform at their 2015 debut. Due to poor attendance and several production problems, the first year was not considered a success. However, the 2016 iteration offered an even more impressive lineup, calling significant attention to the festival. The issues that hindered the previous year’s festival had been addressed; the second year was deemed a success. The festival remains relatively in the dark, attracting only 15,000 attendees each year, but mark the 2017 celebration on your calendars since it’ll certainly be one for the books. Hip-hop lovers come from all over to hear the best of rap in Miami’s Bayfront Park. The venue only has two stages, eliminating many tough decisions that would otherwise have to be made on which artists to see. This year holds a lot of promise with an incredible lineup that just about any hip-hop lover can appreciate, and with production and professionalism much improved since the start of the festival, the name Rolling Loud is gaining a better reputation with each year. With tickets as low as $200, an incredibly cheap price compared to many three day festivals, fans have no excuses to miss out on this years performances.
